Our warehouse is in Wyoming, USA, and works off Mountain Standard Time (MST), which is 7 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT -7)

Order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2pm MST.

We ship via USPS from the USA, and our shipping times & guarantees are based on us relying on their service. (For this reason we also adhere to USA public holidays).

CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY FEES

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your Atlas Adrift products. Should you not be pleased with your purchase, return your item(s) in the condition received within 21 days of delivery date for a full refund/exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges for international orders with customer-paid returns only.
